Galapagos Yoga – The balance we seek trough Yoga will be achieved trough the practice of asana, complemented with meditation sessions or pranayama. The yoga classes we have designed will allow you to enjoy the experiences that your body and mind need to move away from chaos and connect with your inner nature.

Complementing the Galapagos yoga practice, daily excursions and various activities such as swimming with turtles, surfing with sea lions or snorkeling with sharks, are part of the experiences you can enjoy during your Galapagos retreat .
